To obtain a refund for prescription glasses, you must have a valid prescription before placing your order and ensure that your mutual insurance company covers the conditions .

Once your order is delivered to your home, you just need to:

1. Complete the care sheet that you will have received with your order and send it to your health insurance fund.

2. The health insurance fund will automatically send proof of treatment to your mutual insurance company

3. It is recommended to send your invoice and a copy of your prescription to your mutual insurance company to facilitate reimbursement.
